HOSTING POLICY ACCOMPANIED BY PETS
The Class Hotel Network, aiming to offer its guests a peaceful coexistence among those who have pets,
estimation and those that do not have it, as well as being integrated with the rules of Health Surveillance, it presents the rules:

1) You must present the vaccination card at check-in proving that the PET has the vaccines up to date.

2) The maximum weight limit for PET is 15kg for hotel accommodation.

3) It is forbidden for PET to remain in the social areas of the hotel such as Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Games Room,
Internet, Events Room, Gym and Sauna, being only allowed to stay in the circulation areas of the
hotel as corridors, reception, parking and gardens, always carrying a guide and muzzles for those who
show signs of aggression towards strangers. In the case of cats that do not walk on a leash,
use a transport cage to take him from the car to the room or even for a walk.

4) It is prohibited to host PETs during the heat period.

5) It is forbidden to leave the PET alone in the hotel room.

6) The hotel will provide a toilet mat per day, in addition to plastic bags for the collection of waste in the
apartment and social areas. Disposal in the trash is the responsibility of the PET owner.

7) The hotel may provide, upon availability, a bed, drinking fountain and feeder for the PET.
for this, that the need is communicated in advance.

8) The hotel will not provide PET food under any circumstances.

9) For housekeeping, if the PET is in the apartment, it must be accompanied by the owner; or will it be
carried out when he is absent and under no circumstances will hotel employees clean
any PET related item.

10) If the PET creates any type of disturbance that may cause complaints to the hotel by other guests,
as soon as formally communicated by the Hotel Management or whoever it designates, the
necessary arrangements to accommodate the PET in another location outside the hotel's premises.

11) It is not allowed to use the bathroom of the room to bathe the PET, as well as the use of towels, sheets,
blankets, pillows, pillows and other items in the room for the same.

12) The guest is responsible for paying the fees previously established at the time of booking and
any damage caused to furniture, fixtures, linens or any other property of the hotel during the stay,
authorizing the hotel to debit the equivalent amount from the credit card informed in the reservation, if necessary, and
if there are extra expenses, you will make the payment or authorize the debit at check-out.

13) The guest is fully responsible for any personal or material damage caused by the PET, suffered by
any guest, hotel employee or visitors exempting and indemnifying Class Hotel from any claim
judicial or extrajudicial that may arise.
