Class Hotel Network Loyalty Program Card

REGULATION / GENERAL CONDITIONS


1. The Class Hotel Network Loyalty Program Card is intended for any and all natural person, of legal age, guest of the CLASS HOTEL NETWORK .

2. More than one card per participant will not be allowed, and points cannot be transferred or added from one card to the other.

3. The Rede Class Hotel Loyalty Program Card it is personal and non-transferable.

4. Participants are prohibited from commercializing the card or points of the Class Hotel Network Loyalty Program , under penalty of taking the appropriate legal measures.

5. A Class Hotel Network reserves the right to establish promotions and benefits of an occasional nature, for a determined period of time, and may cancel and/or change them at any time, without prior notice.

6. When staying in any Unit of the Class Hotel Network, the participant of the Fidelity program , will have the benefit of converting 8% (Eight percent) of the value of your Lodging Daily Invoices into points. Each point is equivalent to R$1.00 (One Real) and is not subject to any inflation adjustment.

7. Points will be valid for 18 (eighteen) months after the period in which they were earned. After this period, they will expire automatically.

8. In case of loss or theft of the card, the participant must immediately notify the Reservation Center by telephone or e-mail from one of the Class Hotel Network Units , so that the necessary measures can be taken.

9. Invoice will be issued only for the residual value of the daily rate paid by the participant.

10. The Class Hotel Network Loyalty Program , is NOT valid for monthly members.

11. Omissions not covered by this regulation will be dealt with directly between the participant and the administration of the Class Hotel Network Loyalty Program .
